❤️ Hello

Hello Montmartre

Wander around the Montmartre in Paris and you’ll be treading in the footsteps of van Gogh, Dali, fact many of the early-20th century’s most important and colorful artists. Popular movies including An American in Paris, Moulin Rouge and Midnight in Paris have only added to the romantic and atmospheric allure of the area, which of course has meant that its narrow, cobbled streets can feel pretty crowded at times. However, there’s more than one way to skin La Chat Noir and visiting the Montmartre doesn’t necessarily mean just walking up the butte (hill) and heading straight to the Sacre Coeur. Instead, wander up the charming and much less busy Rue Cortot, check out the Museum of Montmartre and Renoir Gardens (one of Paris’ hidden gems) and get all romantic at the ‘I Love You Wall’ – 612 tiles adorned with the words ‘I Love You’ in 311 different languages.
