Do you know someone planning a trip who needs a hotel recommendation? Or have you stayed in a fantastic hotel and want to share that experience with others (and earn commission when someone books it)? Sharing TRVL hotels is even easier than ever!

To share a hotel, all you have to do is click the “Share” button on the search results page or on the hotel’s page.

Then, you can customize the trip by adding a personalized note in the “Add a personal message” field. This is optional, but it’s a great opportunity to highlight what makes this hotel special or why it’s a perfect fit for them.

Next, choose your sharing method. For those social butterflies, there are buttons for sharing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The mobile version offers all of these options plus Whatsapp, too. Here’s an example of what it looks like when you share on Facebook. You can even choose if you want to share to your timeline, to a group, to someone else’s timeline, or in a private message.

If you’re not into social media, there’s also the option to share the hotel by email by entering the recipient’s name and email address, or you can use the good, old fashioned copy and paste method and copy the link at the bottom of the share page.

Once you’ve shared a hotel, you’ll see the hotel as a neat card on your dashboard under “Shared trips” with the number of times it has been opened, the number of times it has been booked, and the commission earned so far. If you see that your trip has been booked, just click “View bookings” to see who booked it, when they booked it, and how much commission you’ll earn. It’s that easy!
